    Yes, I encourage you to be there for all or part of the inspection.  This will allow you to have a better understanding of the report and of your future home.  Also you can get answers to any questions  you have as we walk through the home.

    How long will the inspection take?

    The typical inspection will take about 2-3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.
